What data we use and why
Online orders: name, email, phone and, for deliveries, your address — to manage your purchase, delivery or collection, keep you informed and handle returns and warranties (performance of contract). We keep sales records as required by tax and commercial law. If you enter your email while placing an order and do not finish it, we send you a single reminder with your basket (legitimate interest); you can ask us not to by replying, and the saved basket is deleted after 30 days. A few days after you receive your order we send you a single email asking how it went and, if you like, to leave a review on Google (legitimate interest); just reply if you'd rather not receive it. We do not send advertising without your consent.
Payments
Card and Bizum payments are made on Banco Santander's secure gateway (Redsys). Sarvina never receives or stores your card details.
Who we share data with
Only those needed to provide the service: the bank and Redsys (payment), the courier (delivery), IONOS (website and email hosting in the EU) and, if you contact us on WhatsApp, Meta. Google Maps is loaded only if you click “Show map”.
Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability at contacto@sarvinatenerife.com. You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
