Products

All products are genuine and new; Sarvina is an official dealer for every brand it sells. Many pieces are single units also sold in our shop: if one sells in store while you order, we'll contact you and refund you in full or offer an alternative.

Prices and payment

Prices are in euros and include Canary Islands IGIC tax. Delivery costs are shown in the basket before you pay. Pay by card or Bizum on Banco Santander's secure gateway (Redsys); your order is confirmed once the bank authorises the payment.

You can also pay by bank transfer: we show you our bank details when you place the order and email them to you. We hold the items for 2 days; if the transfer has not arrived by then, the order is cancelled and the items go back on sale. We ship once the payment reaches our account.

Discount codes

From time to time we offer discount codes. Each code has its own conditions (amount or percentage, validity dates, minimum order, number of uses and excluded brands or items), which apply as stated when the code is shared. Personal codes are only valid with the email address they were sent to.

One code per order; codes cannot be exchanged for cash or applied to orders already placed. The discount is calculated on the price of the items, before delivery costs, and free delivery thresholds use the discounted total. If you return an item from a discounted order, we refund the amount you actually paid for it.

Delivery and collection

Collect in store: free (Mon–Sat, 10:00–20:00). Canary Islands: 1–4 working days, €8 (free from €39). Mainland Spain and Balearics: 4–15 working days, €15 (free from €100); customs formalities and import taxes are paid by the buyer.

Right of withdrawal

You have 14 calendar days from receipt to withdraw without giving a reason. Email contacto@sarvinatenerife.com with your order number. Return the item unused, in its original packaging; return shipping is at your expense unless the item is faulty. We refund you, including standard delivery, within 14 days using the same payment method. Earrings and other hygiene-sealed items cannot be returned once the seal is broken.

Warranty

All products carry the 3-year legal guarantee under Spanish consumer law, plus the manufacturer's official warranty.
