Delivery times and costs

Collect in store (Puerto de la Cruz): free. Canary Islands: 1–4 working days, €8, free from €39. Mainland Spain and Balearics: 4–15 working days, €15, free from €100; customs charges are paid by the buyer.

Returns

You have 14 calendar days from receipt. Email contacto@sarvinatenerife.com with your order number and send the item to Sarvina, Calle Santo Domingo 4, Local 4, 38400 Puerto de la Cruz, Tenerife, or bring it to the shop.

Once we receive it, we will refund the amount using the same payment method. If you would rather exchange it for another item, just let us know.
